Initial offering is oats and honey on the nose, as well as some vanilla, clove spice, and toasted notes, alongside some dried apricot and raisin aromas.

PALATE

Full bodied and grainy texture. Contains a burst of peat, along with dried fruit, some cinnamon spice with a slight hint of a walnut flavour

SERVING

Works well with Soda Water, excellent served neat
