The Orator

My Grandfather, or as he was known to us, The Orator, was a man who decided to break family tradition and start with his own dreams. His dream was to make outstanding wines. Although not very tall, he was a strong, proud man whose stained hands shared many stories as the stories themselves.

Night after night, The Orator would share stories of his humble beginnings and how he honed vineyard practises. These practises have been passed down through generations and his legacy continues on today.

Careful cellaring of this wine for the next 10 years will enable further development and additional layers of complexity
